When did you last pause to simply breathe during a busy moment? How do you usually respond to stress? Reflect on the small ways you can invite calm into your daily routine, even during the busiest times.

Journaling Prompt

Write about a time when you found peace in the middle of a busy day. What did that moment look like, and how did it feel? How can you recreate that feeling during this festive season?

Moment of Pause

Take a moment now to sit comfortably, release your shoulders, close your eyes, and focus on your breath. Inhale deeply for a count of four, hold for four, and exhale slowly for six. Repeat this cycle three times. Feel your body relax with each exhale, grounding you in the present.
