Life Arts promise is to never share your email address with anyone.

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information.

If you choose to provide us with information we may use that information to contact you, respond to your message or provide information or services you requested.

We use data you provide and automatically generated data for statistical analysis to assess what information is of interest to users and system performance. This allows us to make general improvements to our site. We may also use your information in order to detect, prevent and respond to security issues and harmful activities on our website and/or application.

If you provide content (including but not limited to text, images, videos, your name, social media and email) to post content publically, we will collect that information, store it and with your permission we will publish these publicly on various pages within the Life Arts app. The use of the camera feature and upload buttons in the Life Arts app,  necessitate the use of your devices camera functions and access to your device media. By using such app features, you agree to our access of your device media. We will only use and handle the content you upload as mentioned above.

The name and profile photo you submit when registering for the Life Arts app will be published in the user profile section.

We may also collect information from or about you, including device information: access, location, personal details and social media, for our records. Location will be used if your GPS settings are switched on. We will never sell or share any of this information with third party companies or organizations. For the chat functionality and community features, select information of your choosing may be shared with other registered users of the Life Arts app, which can be controlled through your settings.

When registering with the Life Arts app, you will need to enter your name and email. We will store this and may email you in the future with our offerings, updates, news, events or general communication. Any password resets will also be sent to the email you register with. 

We reserve the right to permanently remove a user should the submitted content prove to be offensive, pornographic or harmful to others in any way.

 

Your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting email us at info@lifearts.co.uk Or simply unsubscribe at the bottom of one of our emails.

 

How we store your personal information - Your information is securely stored. We keep names and email addresses for a time limited your consent.  We will then dispose your information by permanently deleting off our secured system.
