Chris Cozens Life Arts’ is celebrating 27 years with this huge event – he said, “This is the biggest and most popular mind body spirit and wellbeing event in the East of England.  We have selected nearly 100 ethical exhibitors, have 50 activities from talks and workshops to yoga and stage acts. Most important Life Arts supports Emmaus Suffolk and will donate £1 of every ticket sold going to the charity – so by coming you will be helping support the Suffolk’s homeless. The festival focuses on mental health and personal development this year.”
